I have had this problem for over 2 years.Tried Acutain,antibiotics and special shampoo but with only mild improvement.This is my first post ever but i have seen some good advice so far on this board and I hope you can help me.Been training for ten years off and on am now 6 foot 4 and 245lbs.24 years old IP: Logged |

Have you tried Nizoral shampoo. Try the prescription strength. I swear it cleared up the acne on my forehead. Later, IP: Logged |

Just Shave it Bro, than use soap to wash your head, it will help keeping your head clean. Without hairs, no oil will stay on your scalp, a dry skin is better to avoid acne. And don't worry, people will get use to it, and your wife's gonna like the feeling also  IP: Logged |

ya bro, Nizoral shampoo worked for me I used it everytime I showed cleared up real fast. A buddy of mine got acne on his head and just started showering twice a day using reagular shampoo+conditioner and his cleared up, so it is different for everyone, but try the Nizoral shampoo IP: Logged |

Thanks for the info.I have tried Nizoral regular strength(2%)but will give prescription strength a shot.If that don't clear it up i will have to give Androl's idea a try. IP: Logged |
