Yeah I saw that, but my theory is:
By the time I use up 5000mg of Winny, Some of the water will evaporate.

You can do one of two things: make smaller batches (i.e. 1 gram of Winstrol to 20 ml water), or make the whole thing and keep the container sealed tight. If it's sealed, the water won't evaporate.

Bro I was wondering the same thing myself. I think I'm just going to make up 1/2 at a time and keep it in a baby food jar. They have a rubber seal and are air tight and a good size. LAter, Green

So then what? Would I just use a syringe to measure it and then squirt in my mouth? Seems real strange, but I guess it would work.

Maybe I'm naive but Children�s Tylenol has both the bottle and the eyedropper to measure 10ml.
