I don't think there is any difference. Maybe someone else knows better. I heard that Omifin has been discontinued in Mexico and all you can get now is Serofene(sp). I think this is true because the place that I get clomid from used to send Omifin, but now they're sending Serofene for the same price. I really don't think that it matters though. IP: Logged |

Clomiphene citrate is the substance for both Omifin and Serofene. Yes, it is true that Omifin has been discontinued. Serofene, is a very good product. ------------------ IP: Logged |
