Hi All, Ok will people here please not send me SPAM for gear or FREE internet sites as i dont want to know IF i did i would/DO have such things..! So Dont mail me ANY SHIT unless you have seen me ask for it in a POST...! THE ONLY THING I WANT MAILED TO ME IS INFORMATION ON BODYBUILDING AND I WILL ASK FOR IT OK...!
