   hi guys, I got a "Adipometer" a skinfold Caliper for mesuring my bodyfat %. I need the proper way to calculate it. Can someone tell me how ? I heard about it before but would like to know from you... maybe there's a website about it that could help me, i searched but found nothing ! Thanks IP: Logged |
