I know that there are more up-to-date reference books out of the market but I really need this particular book. It contain a bulk and cutting diet that was easy to follow and I would love to get back to training. I have been laying on my duff for almost a year and know that I have gain a few pound of fat. I need cutting and bulking diets, I needed this book. If you can help PLEASE do. IP: Logged |
