   does anyone know a website that you can order softgel capsules . i tried many places but only find hard capsules. i am tired of emptying out vit e so i can put my ref-b in . anyt help would be appreciated. IP: Logged |

BUMP for ya 1AB!!!! SORRY but I don't know a website, but if you don't mind I have a quick question. I know that if you put ref in a capsule it will melt, but will it melt in a gel cap so you can pre dose your shit and take it to work???Thanks!! ------------------ IP: Logged |

yes ref-b in a softgel caps will last many hours. i have had them filled for up to 12 hours prior and no probs. i take them to work with me in a vit e bottle and take them every 4 hours. at around 12 hours they start getting soft but stay in gelcap form. i would not push it to much past it. a trick, go buy some grapes and let them sit out of the fridge for about 2 days...they'll get soft but still be good...inject the ref-b intothe grapes, and snack away...dont chew unless you like shit grape flavor! IP: Logged |

I got this liquid creatine bottle with a 1ml dropper. I figure since ref is taken orally and I am not injecting it, sterility should'nt be a problem as long as I wash it good. Does anyone see anything wrong w/this logic? ------------------ IP: Logged |
