I've been on creatine for 1 week
and now i've got sick cold.
Do i have to retire the creatine or
contiune it ?

Any help please.

I wouldnt necessarily discontinue it just because your sick. If you really feel like crap and throwing up, then taking off a few days isnt going to make or break you.
