I just shot 1/2 cc of sust in my right delt and it gushed blood for about 30 seconds. Then I realized there's a small hard bump there and it hurts like a mother. Any of you guys know why this happened? Its already starting to go down; it's been about five minutes. Thanks guys. IP: Logged |

Could be a hematoma(not sure about spelling) I got it once when this dumb nurse pulled an iv out to fast and I got a hard blood bubble underneath the skin. Hurt like hell. Is the lump red? If not, then you might have just gotten a lump from the injection.(oil under the skin) IP: Logged |

Vdevil is on the money. Could just be the oil. Always have an alcohol swab ready to apply pressure to the injection site after you pull out to minimize bleeding - it works really well. IP: Logged |

It's a hematoma. Everytime I've hit a bleeder I've gotten a hard lump...like a marble under my skin. It will go away in a few days and will probably get a bruise around it. You'll be fine though. ------------------ IP: Logged |
