i am about to start 500 sust and 300 deca a wk ,but only have 3cc needles how should i brake it up and what days . i like to start on sundays (day of rest) IP: Logged |

I had to shoot twice a week and I just did shots on Mondays and Thursdays. Split both dosages in half and do them both twice a week. Later, Green IP: Logged |

Rotate sites each week. Right Glute-Sus, right quad-Primo, next week Left Glute-Sus, left quad-Primo. Works for me. Good Luck. IP: Logged |

how does this sound-- should i take 1cc of sust and 2cc 0f deca on sunday in right cheek, then 1cc sust and 1cc deca in left cheek on wednesday. IP: Logged |

That'll work. I tried to just jab in my ass the entire cycle and after 5 weeks the muscle didn't like it. Injections hurt a bit more so switch it up. Green IP: Logged |
