Is gear controlled in Puerto Rico if not what could someone expect to find and prices!

I occassionally email a guy here from PR, who purchases domestically and internationally, and I'm fairly certain that it is controlled, since PR is really part of the US.

Same shit as in the continental US.
PR is a colony of the US so all federal laws apply.
You can go to Domonican Rep. and get the goods there.

I've spent 3 months in PR in the last year, there is nothing to be legally purchase otc. That is what a doctor in San Juan told me. I believe the ferry to Costa Rica costs about $40.
