I saw a post about your nosebleeds. I came off from a show and gained weight back and I am getting nosebleeds alot. I was taking alot of vit. c during the dieting, but now none. How did you get your b/p down? Thanks IP: Logged |

Got my bp down by stopping the shitload of dbol i was taking, heh heh, well i like to take a good 5 weeks of dbol at the beginning and it really gets my bp up. honestly i just live with the nosebleeds but i'm sure there is a better way. Take 4gms of vit C a day min, it will help. IP: Logged |
