To answer you question correctly. Shooting would be more effective. However Ref-B is known for being somewhat unclean or not sterile. So drinking it is the preferred method for this. IP: Logged |

It's not the cleanest or most sterile of solutions, so I'd drink it even though "Ref-B tastes like ass". It's simply D-bol in a liquid suspension, which is normally taken orally anyhow. It might be slightly less effective taken orally, but I wouldn't want to risk a possible infection from the injection. IP: Logged |

MOST PEOPLE INJECT THE REFORVIT INTO GEL CAPS THAT YOU CAN GET FROM THE PHARMACY AND THEN TAKE THEM... IP: Logged |
