SSMAN Pro Bodybuilder (Total posts: 685)	posted June 25, 2000 04:50 PM Don't shoot ref b....it's not sterile. Drink 1/2 cc every 4 hours. Taking the underdosing into account, that should give you about 50mg/day. Squirt it under your tongue, leave it for about a minute, then wash it down with water or fruit juice. Many people will tell you to put it in gel caps......these people have no nuts IP: Logged
