What proportions should I combine creatine and dextrose with to achieve the "Cell Tek" product?

One serving of celltech has 10 grams of creatine and 75 grams of dextrose. Most other creatine concoctions contain 5 ggrams of creatine and 35-40 grams of dextrose.
