When I take my primo is it better to take the 400mgs in two different injextions like one on monday, one on friday - or all at once? IP: Logged |

No, take it in 2 shots. I would do it that way myself. You could take 2 every 4 days, is almost the same as 4 a week. Taking 400 mgr at once gives you water retention after a day or 2. I personally dislike that. Jeff Jeff ------------------ IP: Logged |

Sorry I forgot, it's long acting, but not as long as Deca. Deca can be shot every 14 days, while Primo every 7 days. Jeff ------------------ IP: Logged |
