i have been on an eca stack for a couple of weeks now and it is working great. i have recently heard that asprin though is not good for you. i causes breakdown of the stomach lining. is this true what else should i look out for? IP: Logged |

 well im not sure, but i know that white willow bark is used in most eca combinations as a replacement for the aspirin, so you might want to look into it, do a search on it or something...ive been on xenadrine for 3 weeks and have seen great results as well! xenadrine is basically eca, but with synephrine on top, synephrine is alot like ephedrine, its also got a few vitamins and other stuff too, id definately buy it again, my waist has gone down 3 inches and ive lost 10 pounds!
