   This isn't really bout AS but in case anybody wants to know, I ordered and have tried my own mixture from Protein Factory, and it works great. It consists of: 10% Isoflax 15% Soy Isolate 10% CFM 25% Whey Protein Concentrate 5% Egg White Protein 5% Egg Yolk 30% Maltodextrin Vanilla flavored, with Splenda. It has a great amino acid profile with a good amount of good fats. What does everybody else order?? Later IP: Logged |

Not a huge selection in Oz. Personally I like the Prolab n-large 2 but I most often use the local brand, Musashi LP3 meal replacement here. It's done reasonably well so far. AY IP: Logged |

For $4.04 a pound, you can't beat a price like that for a high quality protein/meal replacement shake. Seriously check them out, unless, if anybody wants to e-mail me they can.
