i read all you guys doing quad injections say they hurt a little more I loaded my EQ in the needle, lubed up the tip, and slid it in (i don't like jabbing) about 8 inches up from my quad in a relaxed extended position of my leg didn't hurt at all? the needle went it far so i'm sure it was in muscle, but it didn't hurt? Could it mean i did it wrong? heh i'm still new to all of this. little amount of blood but was a lot easier than glute injection cause I had better control IP: Logged |

Quads are much easier than glute injections, I am too muscle bound to reach back there anymore. The no pain thing is normal, u just found the sweet spot. When u hit it you get no pain, but if your off u will know it!! LP IP: Logged |

Il ove thigh injections..=)....you hit a good spot, keep around that area...go a little too far and youwill know why they hurt more..hehe big-guy IP: Logged |

I thought it was cake too, then one day I went about an inch farther back on the side of my leg, and it hurt like hell. ------------------ IP: Logged |
