My horse trainer friend said he used DMSO to draw out abcesses on horses before a show. He would apply it that evening and the next morning the abcess would be gone. Wonder if this would work on large zits, water bumps and oil abcesses? IP: Logged |

I know that it dissolves bruises quickly. Had a monster bruise as a result of some late night sandlot fball, heinekin and all. Put some dmso on it like my bud said and voila, 2 days gone. It's supposedly a powerful free radical scavenger. RB IP: Logged |

I tried it when I saw this thread- it works. I didn't have any plastic wrap like I used to so I used a sandwich bag to cover the site. When I went to the doctor today to get it checked he couldn't find anything.It beats having a drain. IP: Logged |
