Just asking when it should be taken during the day. before or after i eat and would it interfere w/ the other pills im taking (mil thistle, glucosomine, glutamine, vit a, b-12, etc.) Thankx IP: Logged |

I've taken it with and without...may want to consider taking it at bedtime....one of the rare sides is blurry vision...never happened to me... Ranger IP: Logged |
