That is a very big question. If you train........ hard. You should eat every 2-3 hours approx. Eat wholesome foods. Good proteins. Read the board every day twice. ![]() Good luck. IP: Logged |

at least 6 meals a day 40-60 grams of protein in each. Protein sources are beef, chicken, fish, tuna fish, eggs, protein powder, and my favorite, Hair pie and Bearded clam. IP: Logged |

didnt' you asked this already? Well it depends on what my goals are. But usually i have anywhere from 4-6 meals a day, mostly, eggwhites w/ one whole egg,oatmeal,protein shakes, chicken breast, bake potato's, tuna,turkey,fish, and i have a cheat meal once a week. I try to stay clean. IP: Logged |
