estrogen can also help build muscle. personally i can do without the extra muscle to avoid gyno. IP: Logged |

You can't block out your estrogen completely or your gains will drop hugely. Estrogen is needed for testosterone to work efficiantly. IP: Logged |

some anti-e's do then compete for recepter sites proviron being the example not most people use clomid and nolvadex and they wont hinder it to much to worry about your gains ------------------ IP: Logged |
