I finally said f**k it I was going to do it. I went to Wal-Mart and got some smaller needles (23 gauge 1 inch) came home put 1 1/2cc's of ganabol in it. I sat on the edge of a chair so my quad would flair out, smacked it once and stuck it in. To my surprise I didnt feel a thing. Peice of cake. I went to the gym and did legs about an hour later and now it is getting a little sore at the site. I came down from my greater trochanter by one hand width and that was the spot. Yeah...It doesn't hurt at all if you do it right. I hit a vein one time. Blood shot out. Makes me nervous now. ------------------ IP: Logged |
