![]() ![]() ![]() i was just wondering how many off or rest days you guys try to get each week. i generally try to work each body part once a week except arms [twice]. i also try to always get two full days without lifting anything. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() To do arms twice a week is also to much. alot of your heavy arm work is done when doing chest,back,and shoulders so in reality you are doing arms 3x a week(Overtraining!)i do Mon Tues On weds Off Thurs Fri on weekend off , more than plenty!
