i work out very hard and keep a clean diet but can not get rid of my horrible fat ass stomach and unloving handles. I am going to rotate eca and clen but i was hoping for something else very effective. Is carb depl. after a cycle a good idea and how should i do it so i dont loose my hard gained muscle IP: Logged |

get like 300 grams protein, 100-200 carbs, alot of cardio(5x week at least)eat good no chips, pizza, etc. get a little fat to you will be fine. IP: Logged |

After my first cycle I cut carbs way down but kept eating good and a lot of protein. I dropped 15 in two weeks without losing a lot of muscle. Stay Strong! IP: Logged |
