Take it only when you feel an itch behind your nipps. Then take 30-40mgs a day the first week. Then 20mgs a day for the rest of the cycle. If you wanna be really safe, take 20mgs a day everyday of the cycle. ......EAT SLEEP LIFT...... IP: Logged |

Taking nolvadex during your cycle is going to hinder your gains. There is no need unless you're showing/feeling symptoms of gyno. If you can feel water run over your nipples.....start taking it. IP: Logged |
