primo is 1 shot once a wk, the test you can do the same as the primo, or 1shot every 5 days.... ------------------ IP: Logged |

i wouldent say its a waste, but taking primo every 3 days isent ness. plus it is a painful shot! trust me once a wk on the primo, and take the winny and eq eod together (not in the same syringe) on the same day! you could even take the primo and test once a wk on the same day, its less confusing, and less injections! thats how im doing mine eq400mg / winny 200mgs/ primo 300mgs per wk.... ------------------ IP: Logged |
