Each pellet contains 20mgs of trenbolone.
60-80mgs every other day is prime.
If you get the dmso gel, which is much advisable, then you dont need to mix it with water, just apply exactly 1t. spoon to the area, and be sure the fina is crushed as finely as you can. I mean like in a pill crusher many times over..into a fine powder.

4-6 weeks tops
And I wouldnt put it on your stomach..that is some soft skin..and the dmso is some pretty harsh shit..I would use your upper quad..with saran wrap..and then wrap the area with an ace bandage..and leave it on for an hour or so..if you see some left over after you remove the wrap...dont worry its only the binders and fillers of the pellets themselves..
