i am currently doing 500mgs of primoteston a week along with dbol. is it better to spread the injections through out the week like mon and fri. or should i take it all in one shot. thanks IP: Logged |

bro personally i say to never inject more than 3cc's in any one spot. others will disagree. however just shot 250mg in each cheek or wait 3 days after injection and then inject the 250. depends on your preference. IP: Logged |

I would shoot twice a week (mon, thu). You won't get as huge of a spike as if you shot all 500mgs at the same time, but 250mgs won't be completely dispersed in three days either. ------------------ "tank tops are for medium sized guys..." IP: Logged |
