These are the same batch I have. I've only been on for 3 weeks, but have noticed some strength gains. A friend of mine has been on those about 6 weeks and has had no significant gains. IP: Logged |

Same ones I am on right now. Strong as an ox, little water retention. Also, though I am not prone to hair loss, I can run my fingers though my hair and see about 5 hairs fall out. IP: Logged |
