   I think it's pretty much a general conscentous (sp?) that everybody likes protein factory.com But what does everybody buy from there?? Do you formulate your own protein blend or do you buy a premade formula?? Everyone's info is appreciated. I like to buy dextrose for creatine, and 50%CMF, 50% Isolate. What does everyone else like??
