We should have an elitefitness section at the show. It would be an easy group to spot......it's the crowd of 15-18 year olds that are 350 pounds, 5.37% bodyfat, benching 565 for 39 reps....all natural of course

I guess I'm old for this board, I'll be 29 on Saturday. So listen up kids, even at this advanced stage of my life I can still bench 315lbs and stay around 10% bodyfat, plus or minus a couple points depending on how strict the diet is of course.

Hey easy on the old guy shit.Just means I'm wiser than most and got my hormones together. 32 and love it. Shit gets easier everyday. I've bounced hard a couple times so I happy just not to be in rehab. I'll be a total mess at 55 doctor already warning me!!!!

I'll be there. I live there but presently I'm in Germany (U.S. Air Force) I always go back to the states for the Olympia. If you want I could show you around I lived there all my life. You gotta train at the Golds's Gym on Flamingo and Sandhill it's tight. Well anyway I'll be there all pumped up.

32 here - and came back to the gym at 30 after a 5-year layoff (who wants to talk about pain??)
