you can just shoot it in your mouth if you can stand the taste or you can just use a needle to put it in the gel caps  IP: Logged |

YOu can inject with a pin. It is much easier to just mix it with something like cranberry juice. It will taste like shit but much easier. BPP IP: Logged |

If your going to put into gel caps don't make them ahead of time because it will dissolve the caps. Do them one at a time, 1/4cc is equal to around 6mg. IP: Logged |
