hardness Pro Bodybuilder (Total posts: 113)	posted April 30, 2000 03:01 AM to all of you who have helped. show day is saturday,1st show ever. i have achieved a lot in 8 yrs. last 18 months. gone from 129kg to 90kg. from 1 fat guy - to the body i have allways wanted. i can now build on this. i have kept my size.Dumped the fat !. i even have Abb's showing. i will post pic's as soon as i have them & get someone to help me post them for you guys to see. i hope this inspires others who have stopped coming forward to compete ?. Why this is i can only assume is the price they "THINK" they have to pay for "GEAR". not that much guys �350 -3 stacks. And broke my balls & Heart sometimes dieting !. The emotional turmoil was finally beaten. The worst moment was the last TIME I KNEW I HAD TO CARB DEPLETE AGAIN. but now i can deal with it !. plan it a week out buy the food early. I have even broken my Wifes heart at times. But it has been worth. we cannot call ourselves bodybuilders till we have gone through this,just call yourself a "Weightlifter". i can deal with the stress of my job even better. lift it .feel it . live it ! Will stay attatched to this board !. keep you informed over the next year. i will do another show. IP: Logged
