I just started my cycle for a contest in July. Sust, Deca, Fina right now, switching to primo and winny 6 weeks out.
Should I start the nolvadex now to keep water and fat retention to a minimum??
Or should I wait a couple more weeks??
I have been told that 3 to 4 weeks into the cycle is an ideal time frame, but I am looking for some more advice.
