The Green Giants are badass . Gained 17 lbs. in less than 2 weeks and not as much water retention as other brands either. I love the stuff.

Never used the green ones but, I have heard great things! Same with the Hemo's I they are awesome. If its your first time on them sit back and enjoy the ride
