i've heard that it increases definition and vascularity and have also heard the direct opposite? anyone have any opinions?

look at scott stieners arms they are cut as hell, and he uses alot of sythol, and a lot of other stuff too.

Personally I don't like the "synthol" look. There's a guy at our gym who uses synthol, his arms look disgusting, there's big bump on his bis and another one on his tris. Doesn't look good at all.

How do you know that he uses a lot of synthol? Did he tell you or are you just assuming this? Where do you get your information from?
