I read on here the other day about someone saying that B-12 will increase your hunger, if this is true when would be a ggod time to take it efore u eat or with your meal??? thanks     | ||

I've been taking 2500mcgs twice a week for a week now. I usually inject it first thing in the morning.My appetite has changed as of yet. BigGuyKy | ||

wow! when I injected b-12, my appetite increased slightly, but it was just to painful to inject every-other day. not worth it! | ||

I just wanted to say. I've been taking two shots a week in the glutes and have had no pain whatsoever from the B-12. But thats just me. | ||
