I reinjure an old shoulder problem when i was throwing a football 2 weeks ago.I tried to suck it up in the gym but I think I was making it worse so Im taking a week off.The pain isnt too bad(exept when working out) but it cracks and pops like hell when I rotate it. It also feels loose when my arm hangs down.My friends a nurse and told me its a popular thing at the hospital and if torn I need surgery.I dont think its that bad but its not healing very vast and I gotta get back in the gym.Anyone have advice.Please help. ![]() | ||

WELL IF YOUR SHOULDER NEVER CRACKED AND POPPED BEFORE AND IT DOES NOW YOU SHOULD PROBABLY HAVE IT CHECKED,DO TO THE FACT IF YOUR GONNA LIFT. 1 YOU COULD MAKE IT WORSE AND 2 YOU REALLY NEED YOUR SHOULDERS IF YOUR GONNA LIFT WEIGHTS, GO GET IT CHECKED OR TAKE A FEW DAYS OFF... ------------------ ![]() | ||

Mine did the same thing as you describe ...i went and had mine checked ..in my case i BADLY STRAINED MY SHOULDER MUSCLE SO I WAS put on vioxx and a muscle relaxer know its 100% better ![]() |
