Last cycle my prostate enlarged, urination was a little painful. Would saw palmetto help me out in this department. Is prostate enlargement even something I should worry about during an 8 week cycle of sust? does it even do the prostate any perminate damage?

For great protection use finasteride (proscar or propecia) it works wonders plu save the hairline use 1mg a day and proscar is much cheaper.
