I work out in the mornings so do I take them before I workout and then again at night? Also, I will be taking milk thistle (pills) so is it ok to take them at the same time I take the winni pills?

I take mine with Milk Thistle. I don't see how this would hurt. Typically, I divide half of the dose throughout the day and half before I train in the evening.
