Want to keep growing between cycles ive heard that taking B-12 injections can help increase growth by streching the muscle, is this true need the info thanks    | ||

I believe B-12 is typically injected subcutaneously (just below the skin). Good question though...Heck, it may still work. | ||

I take my B-12 sublingually. I know its no where near as effective as injecting thr stuff, but its worth a shot, especially cause its so cheap. | ||

BigAndy, sorry I don't know AJC, you are not correct - intramuscular usually Suspension, you are wasting 85-90% of b12 that way. It destroys in stomach ------------------ | ||

Often taken B-12 when comming off, but it has not seemed to make me bigger or help with maitaining size, good for the imune sytem though - although I am not sure why. Vovan is right, it is injected intra-muscularly. | ||

BigAndy, B-12 is nothing like dbol or anadrol so you won`t be growing offcycle even if you will be injecting 10cc of B12 in your arms everyday  But I like to inject my arms with juice. My wife injected my triceps with 2cc of omnadren yesterday. Damn! It feels like my arms are 22" right now!
