i had to take a weeks worth of the antibiotic Keflex/Cephalexin for a knee injury.. i also just started a cycle of sustanon...does this antibiotic cancel the effects of the sus?....does Paxil cancel the sus

I seriously doubt it...think about it - why would anitbiotics or psychotropics affect hormones, whether they are endogenous or exogenous?

antibiotics only affect ORAL steroids, not injectables. you're fine.
