Was just curious--what are the possible legal implications of purchasing Clen in the U.S? Any input appreciated.     | ||

it's not scheduled and is not FDA approved, since no drug company ever spent the money to do the trials in the US. I believe you can import it for personal use as an "experimental" drug. People declare it when coming back from Mex all the time without a problem | ||

Actually, I think it was recently approved by the FDA for veterinary use- but you're right, it's not scheduled in the US. Now just because it's not federally scheduled doesn't mean you can't get in trouble for having it in your possession- some State laws put clenbuterol, hcg and steroids all in the same group. |
