You can drink the winny if you don't want to turn yourself into a pin cushion. I'd mix it with some orange juice. BANSHEE | ||

orall winny has a half-life of approx. 10-12hrs. take a '00' gel cap and inject a 1/2ml upon rising and take another prior to bed. this has consistently worked for me......... in solidarity Unity66 | ||

Nexus7, you can get gel caps virtually anywhere. A pharmacy, GNC, I've seen them in a few supermarkets as well. BANSHEE | ||

25mg twice a day is the way to go. I dont use gel caps, but it works. I just shoot the winny in my mouth and wash it down with some juice. Gator Bait, you can do it either way. Inject into a gel cap and swallow it or just squirt it directly into your mouth. BANSHEE |
