i stopped like a month ago but i seem to be losing weight(not much just a few pounds and some strength)is it just mental or is it the winny wearing off????thanks fellas

It happens.
Has your diet changed?
Has your training changed?
You shouldn't lose that much. BTW, the winny stopped working after the first week or two.
