Which do you start off with..back or bi's? Ive been doing back first thinking that this would warm my bi's up for the bi workout. Today I was thinking about switching to bi's first to prevent fatigue in them...so I can go a little heavier on them. What do you guys do? ![]()

I always do back then bi's, I really don't know why I've always done it that way, but is always good to change your work out routine, so it wouldn't be bad to change up. ------------------ ![]()

Arnolds Encyclopedia---always start everyday with the part you will be headlining. He said guys at one gym had huge quads cause they started there leg days with squat/presses. I do back-bis together too, go for the heaviest lifts of the biggest muscle groups first. Dont take my word on it, ask Arnold. BOB OUT ![]()

I do back first... If my bi's get tired early, there's NO WAY I can do pullups/rows/etc with any kind of intensity... ![]()

train your biceps on a different day. train your back with your traps, this way you can train each body part more intensely. ![]()

Always start with large muscle groups prior to doing small isolation moves. God isn't this the basics? ![]()

Back first, can't possibly do T-bar rows with tired bi's. Bi's have grown 1" since I started doing this last Sep ![]()

Back first. Start with isolating the large muscle as much as possible because the smaller groups will tire quicker. i.e. when doing chest I start with flys not press because flys use less tricp thus the pecs r doin more of the work! Hope this helps. ![]()

One day do bi's first and if you do em hard like ur supposed to then u wont even be able to do a pullup or anything. So i think back should go first since it is a big muscle group. Just put bi's on leg day or something. But if u go bi first then there wont be any back workout thats worth anything. ![]() |
