I LIKE TO THINK I HAVE BIG LEGS. I REALLY DONT DO ALOT IN TERMS OF LEGS. I DO SQUATS(MOST IMPORTANT) ASS TO THE FLOOR, YOU CAN REALLY FEEL THEM WORK QUAD AND HAMSTRING CURLS LEG PRESSES. I DO 3 SETS OF 6-8 REPS OF EACH AND AS HEAVY AS POSSABLE WHILE USING GOOD FORM. HOPE THIS HELPS, BEST OF LUCK ON GETING SOME TREE TRUNK LEGS ![]() M18
