I just started taking deca and want to begin cycling the winstrol and need to know how?

50mg E0D/400mg of Deca/week

That's great stack do it for 8-10 weeks.

If you're just doing a Winny cycle, hit up the Winny at 50mg/ED

But I personally recommend Primobolan Depot. Far superior to Winny.
